Smartpad - Getting Started
1. Place the kristalball smartpad on a flat, hard surface before use.
2. Connect only kristalball supplied adapter as it is designed for optimal use with the Smartpad.
3. Avoid placing the scale in extreme heat or places with temperature fluctuations. Do not place it in direct sunlight or next to equipment that radiates too much heat.(fan)
4. Ensure that Wifi is connected to the pad by checking the wifi icon on the display of the smart pad.
A. If there is a line across the wifi symbol, this implies that the wifi is not connected.
B. If there is no line across the wifi symbol, this implies that the wifi is successfully connected.
5. Ensure that the display of the smartpad indicates “Pad Ready”and the LED light is green. This indicates that the smartpad is now ready for further transactions.
6. At any given point during a transaction(s), If the smartpad displays ”Place Again”, then,
Please ensure that you place the same bottle (Bottle being used for the transaction) again on the smartpad.
