Job Title: Chief of Staff
Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
Reports to: Founder & CEO
Role Overview
The Chief of Staff (CoS) will act as a strategic partner to the Founder & CEO, helping translate vision into execution across the organization. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can move seamlessly between strategy and operations, and brings rigor, clarity, and momentum to the CEO’s priorities.
The CoS will operate as a force multiplier—ensuring alignment across the organization, driving critical initiatives, improving operating cadence, and serving as a trusted thought partner to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Execution & CEO Support
- Partner closely with the Founder & CEO to prioritize, structure, and execute strategic initiatives.
- Translate high-level goals into clear plans, milestones, and ownership across teams.
- Prepare briefing materials, memos, dashboards, and decision frameworks for internal and external meetings.
- Act as a sounding board to the CEO on strategy, organization design, and key decisions.
2. Business & Operating Rhythm
- Own the company’s operating cadence: KRAs, Jobs To be Done, weekly reviews, leadership meetings, and follow-ups.
- Track progress against goals and proactively flag risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
- Ensure accountability across teams without formal authority.
3. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Drive alignment between Product, Sales & Operations.
- Lead and unblock initiatives, customer contract closures, supplier contract closures and other projects that are critical to company outcomes.
- Step in to manage special initiatives, pilots, or transformations as needed.
4. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as an extension of the CEO in internal communications.
- Ensure clarity, context, and consistency of messaging across the organization.
- Support future investor, board, and partner communications as required.
5. Problem Solving & Analytics
- Bring structure to complex, unstructured problems.
- Conduct deep analysis, build business cases, and synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
- Use data to inform decisions while balancing speed and pragmatism.
What Success Looks Like (12–18 months)
- CEO time is protected and focused on highest-leverage priorities.
- Strategic initiatives move faster with clear ownership and outcomes.
- Leadership team operates with clarity, alignment, and accountability.
- The organization scales with minimal friction and fewer surprises.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
Upto 8 years of experience in management consulting, high-growth startups, strategy/operations roles, or founder’s office.
* Note : If you are a fresher or key talent with 1 + years of similar experience with the intellect, EQ and aptitude to grow into this role, you may still be considered for a junior position in the Founders Office.
Prior exposure to working directly with senior leadership or founders is strongly preferred.
Experience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Skills & Attributes

Education
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
