About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Ownership: Take full ownership of one or more product lines, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals
2. Roadmap and Milestones: Develop and maintain product roadmaps and milestones. Collaborate with your team to estimate, implement, and prioritize features, ensuring the highest impact initiatives are addressed
3. User-Centric Development: Deeply understand user needs, map user journeys, and build solutions that address pain points. Define features, write specifications and user stories, create wireframes and prototypes, and manage release checklists and communications
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX design, operations, business, and in cross-functional teams to contribute to daily workflows and ensure seamless product development
5. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between Customer Success, Engineering, and leadership, effectively communicating product functionality and incorporating feedback
6. AI and ML Integration: Ideate and facilitate the successful delivery of key milestones in the AI roadmap to enhance product features and functionality.
7. Agile Environment: Thrive in an agile environment by continuously iterating, optimizing, and ideating based on user feedback and market trends
8. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize product analytics tools, user behavior analytics, and reporting tools to drive data-informed decisions and optimizations
9. Timely Delivery: Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, well-crafted products that delight our users
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Experience: 1 to 4 years of product management experience
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical details to non-technical audiences and vice versa to drive effective decisions
Customer Listening and Ideation: Skilled in listening to customer feedback, ideating solutions, and optimizing products based on user needs and market trends
Analytics Proficiency: Experience with AI/ML products, product analytics tools, user behavior analytics, and reporting tools
Initiative and Energy: High energy, self-starter with a passion for learning new technologies
Excellent conceptual skills combined with exceptional execution and problem solving skills.
High on empathy and relationship building and team skills.
Startup Experience: Previous experience in a startup environment is preferred.
Preferred Experience :
Experience working in fast-growing startups or agile AI focused technology companies.
Familiarity with software development practices and collaboration with engineering and business teams.
Ability to drive alignment across multiple teams in a cross-functional environment.
