About the Role :
We’re looking for someone who wants to own revenue, not just a sales role.
At kristalball, we are building a category-defining product that brings real-time intelligence to bar and hotel inventory using IoT + AI.
We’re already working with leading hospitality brands and expanding across markets.
Now we need someone who can turn momentum into a scalable revenue engine.
💡 What this role is really about
- You will close deals yourself — from first conversation to signature
- You will build the sales playbook — what works, what scales
- You will shape pricing, positioning, and GTM strategy
- You will work directly with the founder on key accounts and partnerships
- Over time, you will build and lead your own team. Initially this role will be 80% execution (selling, closing, -building pipeline), 20% leadership (process, early team building)
- This is a player–leader role in its purest form which has great career potential for the right talent.
- If you’re looking for a “manager” role, this is not it.
