About the Role
1. Pro actively identify customer leads through various channels - online and offline
2. Support / Demo product capabilities to customers - online and offline
3. Service existing customers, manage any training related to kristalball ops
4. Test the product thoroughly, know the product in and out technically & effectively bridge communication between customers and engineering.
5. Prepare / Edit user manuals for customer onboarding and various features and keep all customer communication materials updated and current.
6. Have effective feedback loops from the customer to the company and vice versa and and ensure closures
7. Create effective marketing collateral across various mediums and pro actively identify customer leads.
8. Work closely with customers on kristalball operations ensuring a seamless product experience for them.
9. Contribute to new innovation, research and put together detailed and thorough research analysis on various topics on technology as well as key markets. Present recommendations.
10. Follow structured sales and client management processes to effectively plan and execute on sales deliverables.
This is a great opportunity to gain deep exposure to product sales & effective client servicing for a high tech product in a highly people centric industry. There may be an opportunity to get involved in various aspects of a growing business including supply chain management, partnerships etc. based on the aptitude of the incumbent.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Hotel Management, Finance or Engineering.
Prior sales experience in B2B sales / hospitality sales (1+ years) is an advantage
Good communication skills - written and verbal
Good analytical skills and ability to decipher and communicate data and reports
Knowledge of more than one language is preferred. Bangalore based candidates preferred but open to candidates from other locations. Owning own vehicle is an advantage.
Must be willing to travel intra city, inter city and work late nights or weekends as required from time to time at short notice . This is typically based on client needs as the hospitality industry works around the clock. This is a sales & operations job and requires the individual to extend into operational aspects of client servicing to support and assist customers in enjoying a seamless experience of our product.
Proficient in MS office tools. Knowledge of other digital marketing tools is an advantage
