About the Role
CONTENT MANAGEMENT
Content Creation: Assist in developing and creating engaging content related to alcohol brands for the app as well as for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, email newsletters, and website.
Content Editing and Proofreading: Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in the written content of presentations and databases. Edit and proofread materials to communicate professionally yet engage conversationally in all digital material.
PRESENTATIONS
Create compelling presentations / pitch decks for various purposes including clients & investors. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather relevant information and translate complex ideas into clear and visually appealing presentations with good data.
MARKETING
SocialMedia Marketing
Manage and grow kristalball’s social media presence across different platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter to name a few.
Monitor social media performance, engage with followers, and assist in creating social media campaigns that generate leads and interest in kristalball.
Email & Other Marketing
Design email marketing campaigns, draft email content, and analyze campaign performance metrics.
Develop unique marketing collateral and giveaways for clients.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Apply basic SEO techniques to optimize website content and improve organic search visibility.
PRODUCT PACKAGING & COLLATERAL DESIGN
Contribute to design of packaging and onboarding materials for clients and build a plan for interesting year round marketing and client engagement
MARKET RESEARCH
Conduct market research to gather valuable insights about the target audience, industry trends, competitors and emerging technologies. Summarize findings & give recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
ANALYTICS & REPORTS
Track marketing and business performance applying analytics tools. Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and business initiatives, spend and recommend improvements.
OTHER AD HOC
Help maintain databases, ensure data accuracy of masters and update customer information and other tasks as required
Support the founder and team in adhoc responsibilities that move the biz forward
Requirements
Graduate - Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Proficiency in MS Office & Google office suite
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to draw actionable insights.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Prior experience in marketing through internships or other work ex. preferred
